Shipping & Returns Information

Shipping

We ship all merchandise through the United States Postal Service. Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping costs when you place an order with us. We will ship your order to you within 1-2 days of receiving it.

The rates are as follows:

Purchases up to $10.00	$2.99
From $10.01 to $20.00	$3.99
From $20.01 to $30.00	$4.99
From $30.01 to $40.00	$5.99
Over $40.00	$6.99

You may also select from UPS shipment for express delivery options.

Local Orders

We do accept local orders through the cart system. If you prefer to pick up your order in the shop, the shipping cost will be refunded at the time of pick up.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from us. We buy only quality fabric and supplies. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to either exchange the product or give you a refund or credit. Books, patterns and CD’s are not returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail once we have recieved and processed the returned item. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days. If you paid by personal check please allow up to 10 days.

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, and we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. (If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.)

If the return and refund do not appear in your account within two weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
